At times, you may find yourself with a surplus of draft emails that you don't require in your Customer.io account. This excess could result from actions like importing an existing customer database. Solution

You can easily delete your drafts in bulk on Customer.io. Here are the steps for it:

1. Navigate to the section with the drafts, but don't check any checkboxes.
2. Click on the 'delete all' button.
3. A confirmation alert window will pop up. Click on 'Yes, delete drafts' to proceed.

Following these steps will delete all the drafts within the selected section.
