Could I message anonymous users from mobile downloads? We have a ton of anonymous users who download our app but we don’t collect the information on who they are right away. Are we able to target these users w/ push notifications?

Hey Maxine,
every user who downloads your app gets a “device token” no matter if s:he signed up and no matter if you have any information stored about that user. Knowing the token you can send (as far as I know) the user push notificataions. Be aware here that once the user uninstalls and reinstalls your app, s:he gets assigned a new token so the message history might no be stored correctly. You can find more information here:
