Cannot track push metrics

I sent test push notifications to myself but cannot track the state of those messages (Opened, delivered). What do I have to do?

Hi @EvieMarie,

 

Activity and delivery metrics are not tracked when a test message is sent. If you would like to see send a test notification and see the activity related to it, I'd suggest creating a test user profile along with a broadcast or campaign that you could then send to the test user. This would allow you to see delivery metrics and activity related to the message within the Activity Logs.
