Hi Customer.io users! 

 

Just want to verify- I use my own SMTP to send emails. Do the emails that get sent on my SMTP count towards my messaging usage/my bill?

That is correct! You can see some more details about how we bill here https://www.customer.io/docs/how-we-bill/ but I can confirm that deliveries you send via your own SMTP provider from Customer.io using our Custom SMTP feature will not be counted when we calculate your message usage for billing purposes.
